Snape has known the Malfoy family all of his adult life, probably since his student days at Hogwarts in the case of Lucius and Narcissa. Draco's favored position in Potions very early in his first year hints that the relationship has been long-standing even without Deatheater connections. |

While those who frequent Snape’s dungeons are doubtless mature, intelligent individuals, we do not have a lower age limit, and some members prefer not to witness certain types of discussion. Accordingly, one area is password protected: the Restricted Section. Strictly adult matters must be confined to this area.
